The Administrative Assistant

  • Assisting with front desk, administrative, and customer service tasks
  • Maintaining the campus culture aligned with our organization’s mission

Montessori Primary Lead Guide (3 Years to 6 Years)

Green Meadows  Montessori is seeking experienced lead guides to support a mixed-age class of primary. The candidates must offer flexible thinking, curiosity, and creativity as part of a larger teaching team that strategizes and explores the implementation of core Montessori principles. Responsible for the care, supervision and management of a class of primary students (3  to 6 Years) and curriculum plan.

  • Must have Montessori Certification
  • Must have a warm and supportive attitude toward working with children and their families
  • Conduct focused observations of children, develop action plans
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children
  • Deliver established Montessori scope and sequence
  • Responsible for parent communication
  • Will deliver parent education, reports, and conferences
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Participate in all staff meetings and trainings
  • At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required. College ECE coursework is highly preferred
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
  • Must be physically able to perform the job of a teacher of young children
    Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
    Job Type: Full-time – Must be able to work 8:00 – 4:00

Montessori Toddlers Lead Guide (18 Months - 3 Years)

Green Meadows Montessori is seeking experienced lead guides to support a mixed-age class of toddlers. The candidates must offer flexible thinking, curiosity, and creativity as part of a larger teaching team that strategizes and explores the implementation of core Montessori principles. Responsible for the care, supervision and management of a class of Infants/toddlers (18  to 3 Years) and curriculum plan.

  • Montessori Certification Preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required. College ECE coursework is highly preferred
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  •  Must have a warm and supportive attitude toward working with children and their families
  • Conduct focused observations of children, develop action plans
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children
  • Maintain regular communication with parents
  • Flexible in receiving assignments or adapting to changes in the program
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be physically able to perform the job of a teacher of young children
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to lift the children
  • Previous child care/ preschool experience with infants/toddlers is preferred
    Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Early Childhood Teacher Pre - Toddlers (12 Months - 18 Months)

Early Childhood Montessori is seeking experienced  lead guides to support a mixed-age class of Pre – Toddlers. The candidates must offer flexible thinking, curiosity, and creativity as part of a  teaching team that strategizes and explores the implementation of core Montessori principles. Responsible for the care, supervision and management of a class of Pre – Toddlers.

  • Must have a warm and supportive attitude and disposition toward working with children and their families
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • High School Diploma/GED required. College ECE coursework is highly preferred
  • Conduct focused observations of children and able to carry out activities on a daily basis
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the children and follow daily feeding/nap schedule
  • Maintain regular communication with parents
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be physically able to perform the job of a teacher of young children and able to lift the children
  • Must be a team player
  • Previous child care/ preschool experience with infants/toddlers is preferred
    Pay: $13.00 – $16.00 per hour
